The duties of the Vice President of Senate shall be to assist any Senator in adjusting to the Performance of his/her duties, and work to maintain good morale within the Senate; Keep a record of all SGA function (photographic as well as written). The purpose of this record should be to provide future members with programming guidelines; Serve as chairperson of Spirit Committee; Provide written committee reports to the Secretary; Give committee reports at the senate meetings and fulfill all duties of a Senator.

The duties of the Secretary shall be to take roll at all Senate meetings (regular and otherwise) and report on attendance; Record accurately and distribute the minutes of all SGA and Senate meetings; Post and distribute a phone/address list of the Senators and officers; Keep record of the current committees that the members of the Senate are serving on; Responsible for collecting and archiving all committee reports; Monitor office hours and duties of Senate and fulfill all duties of a Senator.

The duties of the Treasurer shall be to serve as Chairperson on the Committee on Finance; Keep accurate and current records of all SGA funds; Report the financial status of the organization (including the Committee on Finance) at every meeting of the Senate; Serve as an ex-officio on the Programming Committee; Provide written committee reports to the Secretary;Give committee report at the senate meeting and fulfill all duties of a Senator.

The duties of the Parliamentarian shall be to serve as the authority of the SGA Constitution and by-laws, and Robert's Rules of Order, at all SGA and Senate meetings; Acquaint him/herself with the newly revised Robert's Rules of Order; Assist in the orderly conduct of SGA and Senate meetings; Serve as Chairperson of the Constitutional Review Committee; Provide written committee reports to the Secretary; Give committee reports at the senator meeting and fulfill all duties of a Senator.

The duties of the Director of Information and Technology shall be to maintain an active website containing information such as, the Senate roster, Weekly minutes, office hours, SGA contact information, committee rosters, constitution, pertinent news information, etc, that is able to be accessed by anyone who wishes to see it; Serve as chairperson of Information and Technology Committee; Maintain, update, and upgrade the Student Government Association’s office technology and other assigned duties.

The duties of the Public Relations Director shall be to maintain an active website containing information, that is able to be accessed by anyone who wishes to see it; Serve as chairperson of Public Relation Committee; Promote all events that are sponsored by SGA including, but not limited to, meetings, programs, etc; Create and maintain a calendar, and other assigned duties.

As the Student Trustee at Mansfield, Mackenzie hopes to leave a lasting impact on campus. Her family legacy at Mansfield has created a love for the campus and the community. The sixth and final member of her family to attend Mansfield, Mackenzie wishes to spread her love for Mansfield as well as enhance the university and surrounding community.
